At the Small Business Network, you’ll find a wide range of services designed to help you develop and grow your business. From networking with your peers and an information rich knowledge bank to discounts on the products you need to succeed, SBN is a resource that keeps you in touch with the rest of the business world. But it’s specifically tuned to the needs of small businesses with 100 employees or less.

b)    Why should I join SBN?
Besides the services and resources provided, as a member, you’re entitled to shop at the SBN Store, which brings you the same great product selection as the PC Mall website, but at special lower member prices. As you interact with others through SBN, you’ll also earn Small Business Network Rewards Points that you can use for special discounts and rewards like free shipping or even greater price discounts. The more involved you are, the more points you earn. You’ll also get the latest in IT trends and solutions, get great advice, and read articles on the latest winning sales strategies and product reviews.

Blogs FAQs

a)    What is Blog?
The term “blog” is an abbreviated version of Weblog, which is used to describe Web pages that maintain an ongoing chronicle of information. A blog is a frequently updated, personal Web site featuring diary-type commentary and links to articles or other Web sites

b)      Am I qualified to write a blog?
We encourage those who are considered experts in certain fields that could be beneficial to the rest of the SBN members to share your knowledge and regularly post blogs.

c)     Which blog topics are suitable for SBN?
SBN blogs primarily focus on news, trends, and information of current interest to small businesses. Do not promote personal projects, a personal agenda, or directly sell products and services from your blog. Write about topics that are of interest to a group of small business owners or IT professionals.

d)    What is the process in getting my blogs posted?
Once you have created a blog, you must submit your blog to be reviewed by SBN Administrator. You will be notified by the SBN Administrator whether or not your blog is approved. If approved, your blog will be posted on SBN site viewable by all members. 

e)    What do I get in return for my blog posting?
Once your blog is approved and posted you will receive 3 SBN Rewards Points and 1 point per update. Blogging can help promote your expertise within the SBN community.

f)     How often do I keep up with my blog?
        All SBN bloggers should submit blog posts a minimum of once a week.

g)    How many blogs am I allowed to create on this site?
As long as your blog materials blog posts are relevant to the needs of the SBN community and approved by the SBN Administrator, you can create as many blogs as you would like.  Each blog must be submitted to SBN Administrator for approval prior to posting and updated weekly at the minimum.


SBN Store FAQs

a)    What does SBN store offer?
The SBN Store brings you the same great product selection as the PC Mall website, but at special lower member prices.

b)    Am I eligible for discounts on SBN Store?
As a member, you’re entitled to shop at the SBN Store.  Additional discounts can be received by redeeming SBN Rewards Points.

c)     How much discount am I getting?
Through the SBN Store you can receive up to 10% off PC Mall regular pricing. Discounts may vary based on product categories.

d)    Is there a customer service team that can help me with my orders?
Yes. We offer Pre and Post sales services. You may call at any time (877) 233-2006 or send an email to sbnsupport@pcmall.com

e)    How can I track my orders?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an order notification email with the tracking number. You will have access to this tool 24/7 to track your shipment.

f)     How fast can an order be shipped?
If we have the item in stock, you can receive the product as early as the next day.

g)    Do I get points towards my rewards points when buying from the store?
Yes, for every $10 purchase you make from the SBN Store, you will earn 1 SBN Reward Point.
h)    What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time, SBN accepts the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Diner's Club. We regret that we cannot process orders requesting C.O.D., company check, personal check, money order, or other payment methods not listed.
We do not charge your credit card for an item until it is shipped. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.

Rewards Points FAQs

a)    What is a Rewards Point?
SBN Rewards Points can get you extra savings towards your purchase at the SBN Store. As you interact with others through SBN, you’ll also earn SBN Points that you can use for special discounts and the more involved you are, the more points you earn.  You will receive 100 points to start with at the time you join SBN.

b)    What can I do with my points?
Once you’ve accrued 100 SBN Rewards Points you can start redeeming them for the following savings:
100 Points = Free UPS Ground Shipping (up to $50)
200 Points = 5% off up to total savings of $100 on SBN Store
400 points = 10% off up to total savings of $200 on SBN Store


c)     Can I transfer my points?
No, points cannot be transferred to another account or any member on the site. Please see attached Reward Points policy for more details.

Discussion Groups FAQs

a)    What is a discussion group?
A general term for an online "bulletin board" where you can leave messages and see responses to messages you have left. Discussion groups generally keep a history of comments made.

b)    Am I qualified to set up a discussion group?
Any SBN member is qualified to set up a discussion group.

c)     Which discussion groups are suitable for SBN?
SBN discussion groups primarily focus on news, trends, and information of current interest to small businesses. SBN would like to encourage members to not promote personal projects, a personal agenda, or directly sell products and services from your discussion groups. Please write about topics, challenges and latest news that are of interest to a group of small business owners or IT professionals.

d)    What is the process for getting my discussion groups created?
You can start creating discussion groups by going to the main discussion group page. You will not need SBN Administrator approval for this.

e)    What do I get in return for creating a discussion group?
        You will receive 1 SBN Rewards Point for every discussion group created and for every discussion group comment posted.


f)     How many discussion groups am I allowed to create on this site?
You can create as many as you need, however, your discussion groups will need to be active. If the group is idle for over 60 days, it will automatically be removed.
